WOW it was blood red especially in the sunlight. I knew I was not happy when I got home. I tried to cope but I was catching the wrong attention at work because of it. So that didn't feel good. I called asked to speak with someone and didn't hear back for a while so I drove there spoke with a stylist that kind of helped with the color decision. Said to her I'm looking for a MORE natural ginger and Lighter. We did a CPR hair treatment and it was looking on the right track but then other color was added anddddd again darker annnnnnnd more still red. I'll be honest I said I was happier with it but I'm just not and I just lost faith in it and wanted to leave. I regret getting my hair done at all. I paid 230 ish my first appt and 134 for the second. For a product I don't like. Again people are great but I don't understand what happened and how you look at the reference pictures compared to my current hair and think it's close.

I love experimenting with new styles and trying new things and staying current... which is a challenging demand... I have had some different and unexpected styles, but I have been able to stay on trend. It starts with a cut, then wash and follow up trim & style. Products are never pushed on clients, but they do carry a nice selection of premium brands. I often fall asleep or doze off because the vibe and atmosphere is so relaxing. Love coming here. Pricing may be more than you are used to for Yuma but competitive with the service you get compared to big cities. Highly recommend!

Between stress and bad eating habits, I've lost enough hair for Barbie, Midge, and Skipper times 4. I didn't know what I wanted. I did tell him that I did not want my head shaved no matter how often I said 'Just shave my head'. He listened to me. He asked me what I wanted. How much time I spent on my hair. It's zero. This review is long overdue…read more Approximately 2 weeks ago, I was in need of a hair cut and have had several bad cuts in the past from other establishments. Depending on Yelp to find a new hairdresser, I made an appointment at M'Lady M'lord Hair Design and Salon. I have very fine, limp hair and require razor texturizing to obtain lift and bounce to my otherwise short hair. I was assigned to Ernie for my cut. I am very impressed. After giving my "new do" some time, I find, I am just as happy with my cut now as I was when I walked out of the Salon. Ernie took the time to listen to my hair style needs, and was more than obliging to go back and re-texturize the top of my hair to remove more weight (better to go in stages then to cut and be stuck).
