Established in 2013.

2011 yılında eğitimlerimize başladık. 2013 yılında tüm eğitimlerimiz ve stajlarımız bittiğinde stüdyomuzu kurduk.

Pilatesle 9 yıl önce hamileliğimde tanıştım. O sırada bale sanatçısı idim ve dans hayatıma hızla geri dönmemi, forma girmemi sağladı pilates. Sonrasında eğitimlerimi tamamlayıp pilatesi bir hayat şekli haline getirdim. Halen Hacettepe Üniversitesi Ankara Devlet Konservatuarı bünyesinde de dersler vermekteyim. 7 den 70 e herkese pilates'i öneririm.

My favorite place in Ankara. If you're coming from the city, hop on the Bilkent Tunus bus and walk…read morea quarter mile up hill, it's diagonal from Bilkent Center/Real. Best swimming times are weekday mornings, Friday nights. Best indoor track running times are NOT weekdays between 6:30-8 PM. Also avoid running during meal hours because there might be some food scents coming from the dining area within the complex, adjacent from the track. Great selection of weights, well-educated trainers, extremely hygenic facilities. Slightly beaten up cardio equipment but sometimes its good to have a reminder around of what people can do to machines. Once you get your membership, you can use your card in other SI facilities including Izmir, Oran Ankara and two in Istanbul.
