Do not, do not, DO NOT use this place! They took terrible advantage of our family in our time of grief. My mother ordered a headstone with a special engraving and instructed them that she wanted it done as quickly as possible. Their artist was supposed to provide a proof. They said it would take about a week to get the proof back to us. After 6 weeks, we still had not been provided a proof. We told them that we wanted to cancel the order and wanted out $1000 deposit back. They refused to return our deposit because it had been more than 30 days, even though we had been waiting for them to provide a proof all of that time! During that 30 days we called and emailed repeatedly! They did not provide the service they promised and refused to return the deposit. Takes really special low lifes to take advantage in this type of situation! read more
