Stepping foot in this property is sure to take your breath away. The service is just as wonderful. Johnny and Theresa took care of us. Johnny picked cocktails and menu items that met our dietary needs which was so greatly appreciated. Theresa took care of all of our needs during our dining experience. She cleaned up an accident spill, replaced our drink (even though I was the idiot who spoiled said drink), got us new napkins, and brought anything we asked for. She was personable and we really loved having her as a server! The drinks were next level from presentation to taste. The matcha cocktail in the teddy bear cup was perfection! Within its intimate space, you feel like you've taken a step back in time with furniture and decorations from decades ago including old movie advertisements on its walls. The gentleman serving the popcorn was attentive and friendly even though the line to get that food was a little long. This hotel would be a solid 5 stars if it weren't for a major downside. All rooms have fixed windows that do not open! They're not partially or fully locked but rather designed as fixed windows. This is a major issue as the rooms and the hotel get absolutely no fresh air! The VOC levels in the rooms are insane and unhealthy. I would not recommend staying here unless you bring a portable air purifier.
