Based on my experience your in for a fight if you go against him or his team. In other words if his firm is representing you they fight hard on your behalf. In the first suit I wasn't even involved but since I didn't answer some of their paperwork regarding and ex-employee in time I was automatically dragged in and "attached". To get myself out of the mess I forced / begged ex-employee to pay their debt through Hameroff to a car dealer. The second lawsuit was over a service provider who went bankrupt before finishing a project for me. My lawyer and Hameroffs team negotiated up till the last moment before reaching a settlement. I was pretty pissed off to pay anything as the job I hired out was only half finished, but my lawyer called it a win. Hameroff still got money from me - but it was less than half the initial amount. I call that a win for their side. A few years later I got to know David personally and mentioned he drug me into a lawsuit. Not knowing the details he smiled and said I must have been slow on the paperwork. Yep, he knows his stuff.

He did not follow through in settling the estate and turning over the distribution of funds to the trustees since 1999. This means he collects a fee while the estate is still open and pending. Essentially he is draining the account/estate by paying himself. In addition, my mother asked for details of where cemetery plot so she can finally put my grandmothers ashes to rest. He also promised to send a full accounting of the estate to an attorney we hired to review his suspicious work in March 2006. And of course, this was not done as promised. In the will - it states that anyone who contests the Will - would be eliminated.

Mr. Chase came recommended to me. I found myself in the middle of HUGE mess criminally, facing…read moretwelve (12!) felony charges for growing marijuana and for firearms possession. Originally facing possession of six pounds, Mr. Chase challenged the city's evidence procedures and after discovering red flags, he had an independent auditor repeat the process of how the detectives calculated the six pounds. Lo and behold, it was determined by the Judge that the auditors conclusion was correct and the final amount was reduced from six pounds down to 1.9 pounds! Anything over two pounds carried mandatory penalties, so the new amount was FANTASTIC! After some self evaluation of realizing and accepting that it was my own choices that had me in this situation in the first place and that what I did (I was growing marijuana, after all) was against the law, it was Mr. Chase's experience and savvy that kept the City from pursuing false escalated charges and the possibility of many more years of incarceration (possession /distribution of 6 lbs. versus possession of 1.9 lbs.). AN IMPORTANT NOTE: I OVERLOOKED THAT I had a previous felony conviction from 10 years earlier that prohibited me from possessing a firearm. I had mistakenly believed that when my civil rights were restored on that felony conviction that my firearm rights were also restored. Hence, why I had a handgun. Turned out, it is a seperate process to restore second amendment rights to bear arms. BOTTOM LINE: As a prohibited firearms possessor due to a prior felony conviction, Mr. Chase was able to: get the 12 felony charges reduced to two got the possession of 6 lbs. reduced to 1.9 lbs. by challenging the City's evidence process got me no jail time, despite prior felony conviction got me two years probation, which turned out to be only one year. I am a straight, happily divorced man, but I never wanted to kiss a man like I did Mr. Chase that day in court! I highly recommend the approach, the mind, the dedicated effort and the resources of Mr. Chase. You owe it to yourself to interview Mr. Chase when choosing who is defending your freedom.
