Bought two of the fan feast specials for the Broncos/ Raider game. Eight adults and a bunch of grandkids (7). Probably could have gotten by with just one order, but everyone took some home. (My first note has to be that this is a tricky location to find. It's on the backside of Arhaus Furniture, across the way diagonally from the Pottery Barn/Eddie Bauer spot. The mall parking lot is often packed so plan accordingly.) A very solid BBQ option in the metro area! I went to the Westminster location not long after they first opened and I worked out that way, and I'm happy to have made my way back. I had a coupon for a free pulled pork sandwich thanks to signing up for their emails so got the Carolina (pulled pork with apple slaw), onion rings, and the garlic mash with country gravy. The pulled pork was nice, juicy, and tender, but definitely benefited from the bbq sauce options at the table: The Topper (savory) and Hottish (spicy). My personal favorite of the two was the Hottish, which added a tasty not very spicy kick. The garlic mash was great with or without the gravy, and the onion rings were exactly as you would expect with the heavy beer batter. Very ample portions across the board, as you can see! The prices are very reasonable, and the dining room setup is good with a mix of booths, low and high-top tables all kept nice and tidy. Very much appreciate the forethought of having napkin dispensers at the table. This location is also shared by an ice cream shoppe, in case you need your dessert after, outside of GQue's offerings. It was a treat to see my dear friend Jason who happens to be the owner and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. We finally got to try the Brisket Philly Cheese! It's a special that comes around every four months or so. Really yummy! We also had some sliced turkey, but the sandwich was the real star. After having a serious craving for some delicious BBQ, I was on the hunt and came across this spot and started drooling after seeing a picture of The Meltdown: beef brisket w/ cheese sauce & onion rings on top... I know, right? And it was as good as the pictures make it look. The cheese sauce is out of this world and the onion rings were big and crispy! Hack: order a combo with Mac n' cheese, which uses the same cheese sauce as the sandwich, and add some of the it to each bite for an even cheesier bite. If you sign up to their email comms, you're gifted a free pulled pork sandwich so we tried that as well and got a side of the cheese sauce that we added to the pulled pork as well. We really enjoyed both of their BBQ sauces, but wished/hope they bring on one more that has slightly more spice. LEGIT!!!! Have had GQue BBQ at their Westminster location a few times, but quality definitely didn't go away here! Their pulled pork sandwich comes with a huge pile of greatly smoked, succulent, delicious pork on such a magically pillowy bun. TONS of options on the menu and definitely a great spot for BBQ. Handling COVID really well with social distancing, cleaning, etc. One dig on this place is that it's right next to the mall so parking is mall parking (gross) but they do have a few select spots right in front that *might* be open if you're lucky. First time here at GQue BBQ. I have tasted small bites at various venues. Easy to order. They provide a table sign to bring ou your food. I got one of their Signature sandwiches, the Carolina made with pulled pork with apple coleslaw on top served in a brioche bun.They include a pickle spear. I got a side of pit smoked beans. I paired it all with a 16oz draft of Lone Tree Brewing Company Peach Pale Ale. A nice brew. The Pulled Pork was excellent and the coleslaw was crisp and not oversauced. I added their "Hottish" sauce and more as I ate. Their location just south of Park Meadows Mall is ideal for a quick bite while shopping. It was relatively quiet with light music being played. Besides fountain drinks & beer, they offer wine. Mostly Cavit, but also Woodbridge Cabernet Sauvignon. I also noticed they offer 2 oz pours of Bourbon and Whiskey. Their weekly special is a Brisket Philly cheesesteak. I will be back to try other sandwiches. read more

A little pricy, but good BBQ sandwiches. They are located in the walking area of the Lone Tree mall and the interior has a very industrial feel to it. This is a counter service restaurant so not much to say in terms of service, but our teller was friendly. The food was very good, though my partner found her pulled chicken a bit dry. However the cost for a sandwich being around $15 is on the pricey side for the food you receive. I will stop again but maybe not super often given the price. read more

Busy with limited seating but worth it. The brisket sandwiches are superb. The free bread is bland but it's free. Cole slaw isn't like most places has a bit more of a vinegar taste so if you like that you are good but it will be a love/hate thing for most. For your kids get a double sized mac and cheese they loved it and two kids can split the double size. They devoured it and my kids are picky. Star of the show for me were the dry rub wings. I am VERY picky about dry rub wings and these were fantastic. Got extra blue cheese for free and that was another plus. Overall just great. read more

Love the BBQ here and this is also my favorite location for it -- to have there or grab to go. The brisket is a must. My favorite in town. Ask for fattier if you can. Or get the sandwich with the brisket and fried onion rings and cheese. Also amazing are the pork ribs. They just fall off the bone and have that perfect red smoky color and flavor. Both meats were good but the brisket was definitely better. The special sauce was the better one. The green beans were seasoned nicely. The best part of this meal to me was the coleslaw. Tried to go here a year ago and couldn't find it. Had better luck on my return trip to Denver. Lunch was brisket and slaw. Brisket was very tender and tasty. Switched between the sweet sauce and the hot sauce, liked them both. Slaw style was not at all creamy, more like something I would make myself if I were to make slaw. Squeaky, almost. On the platter it didn't look like that much food, but it was enough to be filling. Expensive, but that's the story of BBQ in 2022. read more
