I paid 6,000 CAD for a proper criminal background verification. After more than three years of waiting, they gave me useless documents that had nothing to do with what was promised. Instead of professionalism, I only got excuses, delays, and silence. No refund, no accountability. At this point, their so-called "Swiss Security" feels more like Swiss cheese -- full of holes, and with a bad smell. I have reported this matter to Zurich Police, Fedpol, and FINMA because people need protection from companies that take advantage of trust. Until I get either my money back or the correct documents, I strongly advise others: be very careful before trusting this company. Remember: Swiss cheese belongs on a sandwich, not in security services
