This review is actually for the cafe on the property. We came here for a lazy lunch on the weekend and I was quite surprised. The menu is VERY small, one soup, sandwich, and salad. They were sold out of the salad, so we all had either the soup, sandwich, or the quiche, forgot about the quiche. The mushroom quiche was very good! A beautifully flaky crust with a velvety smooth egg custard with lots of sautéed mushrooms. I could taste the onion or shallots in the dish and really enjoyed it. It came with a side salad and we enjoyed our meal on the patio watching the deer eat. At the end we decided to get some desserts, all miniatures. We split a lemon meringue tart, raspberry tart, marzipan tart, some other cookies and cakes. They were all delicious! You can tell this bakery puts out quality products. I would recommend coming here for a light lunch or treats on the patio during a beautiful day. read more
