This is hands down probably the best Italian food I have had in Munich! Delicious beyond belief and I am especially grateful that she cooked for me a vegetarian version of the pasta I wanted. The prices too were unbelievably reasonable for the neighborhood we were in. Never imagined I could eat such amazing food for so cheap! My heartfelt gratitude to the chef for this place!

My fiancé ordered the omelette which came with bread and yogurt topped with honey and nuts. He enjoyed his meal. I ordered the shakshouka. My meal was good but I was disappointed that there was only one egg poached in my sauce and the one egg was over poached so the yolk didn't run. Overall, I'm glad we gave this restaurant a try and I'd stop in the next time I'm in Munich.

Don't expect a seat here on a Sunday without a booking. Ambience is very nice and I would give that 4 stars. The rest is ok and nothing special. I fail to understand the attraction of this place. The menu is big and the crowd is young. Perhaps the variations on the breakfast menu is the attraction. Service is ok and staff are friendly. The tables are shared and if you have less than 6 in your group you will be sharing a table. I ordered the Maria in Marrakesh breakfast and it came with olives, couscous, hummus & scrambled eggs with spices and goats cheese. It was an average tasting breakfast and satisfying but certainly not one that made me go "wow". Coffee was also ok and again nothing special. They have plenty of outdoor seating and today it was packed. I may come back here again but, won't be rushing to come back.

I'm guessing they don't get many Spanish speakers, because the owner said (in Spanish) "put him in the very back". I'm from Texas, and am fluent in Spanish. Well, I got stuck in the way back...lol. I decided to order the enchiladas and nachos. They were both awful. Actually, the chips were good. The nachos were a bowl of chips with horrible tiny sauces. There was an avocado sauce, sour cream, bean, and picante. The avocado and sour cream were brownish in color, and the picante was a thick sugary sauce (much like Asian chili sauce). The meat in the enchilada wasn't bad. But, it just wasn't very good. It pains me to say, but the Spanish pride and honor in cooking was gone; at least tonight. I'd not return. What happened??? Terrible food tonight
