Yes it is tender but i suggest to toast the baguette so it does not get saggy, a hint of garlic would enhance it and I missed a bit if the smokey taste. I took onion and sweet relish, they also offer jalapeños (maybe that does the trick?). The team is quick and friendly so I award 3 stars.

After 10 years in the US I struggle finding good burgers over here... This is definitely one of…read morethem. They are juicy, medium burgers. The bacon jam burger is amazing - i get it without the burger sauce which allows me to fully taste the bacon jam and it is SO good. And fries? no, who needs fries when you can get "chips" - so the fries are cut into slices and the texture and taste is perfect. One of my favorite food trucks in Germany and certainly can keep up with a good American burger in my opinion.
