Very positively surprised with professionalism and effort invested by the staff. Being a foreigner in Dussledorf, the first obstacle I run into is the language, that is why visiting places like this makes me nervous. In this service, however, I came across highly professional approach - scheduling the appointment went great, submitting the car for inspection, even beyond my expectations, the staff was very helpful and open every step of the way, and the inspection itself flawless in every way I could imagine. The only con I could imagine is the pricing, but you do not go to the authorized dealer for cheap service I guess. I might be a bit old-fashioned, but feeling welcome for me is a reason good enough to rate someone's service as premium. I would recommend this VW service to anyone who like to keep his four-wheel pet in shape. read more
