When my iPhone 4S was experiencing significant battery drainage after 2 years of use, I gave them a call to get the battery replaced. He came to my office in Midtown within an hour of my call and swapped out the battery in under 2 minutes. The rate was also lower than that listed on their website. Afterward, I realized that my phone was the issue - not the battery - since the battery drainage kept occurring. After the first week of trying to set up a time to swap out the new battery, they offered to refund me anyway via PayPal and just set up the appointment later, but I felt bad taking them up on that offer, since the whole situation wasn't their fault. We played phone tag for another week before my phone was stolen and I decided to just upgrade to the 5S. Overall, they seem to be a no-frills, no-nonsense little enterprise. They know what they're doing, and they're also just really chill, understanding dudes. I would definitely utilize this service again with any common, tangible issues (screen crack, battery drain).
