I think it is completely unfair to think I should pay for an employee's inability to fix or diagnose the problem. There is no logic in continuing to fatten labor charges when the whole system could have been repaired for around $1,500.00. I was a loyal customer using his services 3 times before. In other words, if you can get a flatbed tow for the same price as a lift tow, definitely take the flatbed tow!
