Not realizing this was the same company whose employee helped herself to my flute in 2020 my daughter hired them again to prepare for her visit with my granddaughter who has allergies to cat fur. I learned Megan had bought the business from the previous owner & she was the one who was cleaning for me that day (8/12/22). I took her through the apartment to emphasize areas where the cat fur was at it's worst, the bedspread in my guest room and even showed her a cat fur roller she could use on that, the pillows and the upholstery before I left. When I returned I headed straight to the guest room bed and the bedspread had not even been touched! I couldn't see that she had used my special cat fur roller tool at all, and further noticed a large patch of dust under the TV sitting on a cedar chest.
Later when I went to close the mini blinds in my room I discovered the wand on the side wasn't there; she had broken it off at the top and simply laid it on the windowsill for me to find. There was no note about or anything else to ask for feedback on her cleaning that day, and my daughter has heard nothing further from her either.
That bedspread is too large for my washer so I spent the next day making trips to the laundromat to get it clean enough before my company arrived.
It mystified me that after singling out that one area she totally ignored it.
