They still told me that they would come out and give me a call before they came. They never called, never came, even though I waited at home for them to come. After I sent a message re: the "no call, no show" I received a response saying that they didn't come because I said that other companies were going to come and give me a price. I never told them not to come, and if they didn't want to bother they could have said so. But they made an appointment for that afternoon and then when they didn't show they acted like it was because other companies were coming out - which they knew when they made the appointment. So they don't show and then lie about it.

I'm not exaggerating when I say the grass in my backyard was a foot tall at least. They left no big clumps which is probably the most impressive thing I've seen. I'm not sure how it's even possible that my yard which was neglected all summer could look this good in less than an hour! The price was way lower than I thought it was going to be as well. As you might suspect from a small start up landscaping business they are not licensed with NC landscaping board and that's ok for what they provide. Where I find people should be warned is anything bigger than mowing your grass and you will meet all the unprofessionalism, care for the customer and commonsense. You will more than likely get a product equal to or less superior than what you could have done your self but you will get asked to pay a premium price afterwards far exceeding the estimate. This is to pay for all of the lack of ordering materials and actually knowing what he's doing!
