Maybe next time the stylist should demonstrate one more time in the front where they are going to cut and be cautious (maybe cut below slightly?) -- I think it is easier to remove hair than cut it way too short. I was just going to buy a hair gel, but she said try it first & you can always get it next time. That was cool that she didn't just try to sell me stuff, but actually cared if I like it with my hair ;) I was very happy that I called today & the owner was able to get me a same day appointment. I got the colorist, Luis & he is great at his coloring!!! I told him an issue I have is trying to get rid of the leftover red hair color that keeps popping back out after every hair color. I was looking to go back to my natural brown. Other salons always say no you need the red hair, keep it it goes with your freckles!! Yes, but that's my decision to make. I would feel like I was trying to please my hair colorist at other salons when it should be about what I want. Luis listened right away & instantly chose a color that was a great match for what I had in mind. He was fun to talk to, but let you have your quiet time if you want to just read a magazine. He's calm and knows what he's doing with hair :)

It was strange as they called me two days ago to let me know to come earlier and that someone else from the person that I had booked online would take care of me. The person who was dying my hair for a year now is not there anymore. Most of the people who were taking care of me before are not there anymore. Today it was the worst experience ever! I am really disappointed with the service. My hair looks awful. I wish I have not used them. My advice as I run my own business--The staff should be more caring about customers and should not experiment with other people's hair. The difference of colors on my hair was absolutely obvious. My hair before was a clear blond color and now the roots are yellow/brown! They were pretending that was all great instead of trying to fix the problem before me paying and leaving the premises. As soon as they told me that I was done with the styling and hair treatment, I approached the register to pay and it was there I made the complaint. The staff knew in advance that they performed malpractice on my hair treatment. They were hoping that I would not have noticed but I stayed silent until I go to the register. I understand that people can make mistakes but no one has owned up to it to say I am sorry. They were making me feel that they were the victims when indeed they had control of my hair and head.
