Reported it immediately to the owner and the installer then installed 12" all thread on the post bases. It was still very flimsy. Notified the owner Luke immediately. I would give Mitch zero stars if I could. I gave that "man" $1,360 to "flip" my pool and he managed…read moreto get it blue for a total of three days before it turned green again. Instead of accepting responsibility, he blamed the rain and asked me for more money. I am including pictures. The first ones are how the pool looked at the beginning, the next photos are the cleanest he ever got the pool (it was blue, cloudy, and had debris on top and I was told I couldn't get in it), the last photos are of the pool back to green three days later. Mitch has no idea how to flip a pool, he just knows how to collect money. I will be going to small claims court to get a refund. He will also blame the rain and me not turning on my filter for this. Number one, it rains every day in Florida in the summer and two, I had a house sitter turning on the filter while I was out of town. But that's fine. I saw from other reviews that Mitch is known to lie. Buyer beware with this one!
