The proprietor knows his business and the equipment better than all others. He will always speak candidly. You may find cheaper elsewhere or online, but you will get more for your money from this business. I have tried others but always come back to HopOutEq. But what impressed me most was his donating equipment and service when I volunteered in Houston TX for two months helping them recover and rebuild after Hurricane Harvey. HopOutEq's competitors in town refused to donate even a little (they even refused a suggested donation of a single fuel can). The impact the proprietor and Hopkinsville Outdoor Equipment had on a community far from Hopkinsville was tremendous. For these simple reasons, I will only use this store for the best service of my equipment. The same is said by my acquaintances across Christian, Trigg and Todd Counties.

I know that they make sure they take their time and make sure they did their job to the full extint. in the past, they have even offered to do more than what theyve gotten paid for just to see their customers smile. I will say, it has to be hard to answer the phone while on a yard, or return a call when their is no voice message left or perhaps a text message!! Rollin Green doesnt just show up at your door to do your yard, they make an effort to build a trust bond too! and if youve notices, they never put any paying deadlines on any of their customers, because they understand the struggle some may have. I want to say thank you for all they have done and all that they do!

The employee responsible was very belligerent when I called him on it and demanded he fix it. Not only did he break the pipe, he left the crawl space cover off along with the meter box uncovered out by the road. Long story short, it took multiple phone calls to the owner, who repeatedly laughed at my situation, and 11 days before he and two plumbers came out and got my water turned back on. Eleven days without water! He called shortly after it was fixed and offered a free inside and outside pest control treatment to try and appease my 11 days of total frustration, but I don't respond well to bribery and am not swayed in giving an honest review. I highly recommend never using this company.
