This Goodwill is big and has decent selection but is super expensive. Some items that I could get in Eugene for $10 was $30 here and wasn't on color tag. I ended up getting a flannel for $10 and a couple bottles of paint for $.99 total. They had a good houseware section, lots of clothes, and a small book and children's area. The aisles were as organized as any Goodwill. The employees seemed friendly and happy and the floors were clean. The bathrooms had doorbells you had to ring to be let in, pretty standard. Today and this is not the first time I saw items priced higher than when they were sold new!

They always have the strange odds and ends I always need. The staffing is sparse, but every clerk has been helpful and kind. They have some really great clothing that is in excellent condition! Their furniture collection can be a bit hit or Miss but I have gotten several great deals! If you're looking for secondhand that doesn't seem secondhand I recommend this place as your fist stop! read more

I have always had a positive experience at this store, but recently the employees at the store went above and beyond the call of duty. I had accidentally donated something and needed to find it the next day. Every employee I encountered was willing to help me. Everyone was friendly, even though, I was taking them away from there very busy jobs. It took more than an hour of searching, and at any given moment, there were at least four staff members helping me. I cannot thank them enough. The staff is clearly very hard-working and dedicated. If only all businesses had their level of customer, service and eagerness to help. read more

Back in the day, only the "poor" people shopped at Goodwill. Not so any longer! Wow - this is likely one of the most expansive retail businesses in our entire community. And they are ALWAYS busy!!! Says something about them, right? Seriously, I ask you: Is it that you're too good to chop veggies out of a $700 Quisinart you can purchase for under $10 with a lifetime warranty? Cuz I gotta say... that is an equation that totally works for me. We've had lots, and we've had little... but all the while, we have recognized value when we see it. It's true that one man's junk is another man's treasure. Shopping for homeschool materials, I've found Goodwill is a treasure chest! After paying full price for 10 years, I know what to look for, and would far rather find it again for .99. I, for one, am thankful for this store. It's not "exclusive" for any specific income bracket of folks, any more than any of the resellers are. It's what you find and for what price that counts. Who cares where it came from if it's exactly what you've searched elsewhere for and couldn't find? We've bought everything from baby monitors to software. Love feeling like I made a "good" purchase in a place where goodwill does seemingly abound. Thanks for throwing away all your good crap. I love to rummage through it, and hope to see you one day as I walk down the sidewalk wearing your used-to-be-favorite sweatshirt. Bet you paid more than three bucks for it new!!! Truthfully, I don't think we live in a community where ANYONE is in position to look down upon folks making ends meet in smarter ways. Why pay retail when you simply don't have to? Hey... maybe this is the ultimate in "shopping locally". You wear it for a few years, drop it off, and give me the chance to pay a fraction and wear it for a few more years! And... for props you can't beat this place! There are lots of good reasons to support a local Goodwill. But I do it for selfish reasons. Clean and orderly store. Fair prices overall. The folks working there are warm and friendly and helpful. I have a mobility disability and the staff wasn't agitated at all when I asked them to move and inspect furnature and other hard to reach items for me. The furnature they sell there is also pretty good. The plus size clothing is also surprisingly versatile in style and size, most items on the rack are in great condition, for a fair price. I even rate this higher than the Goodwill and St. Vinnie's in Florence. I don't think Goodwill's do furnature delivery though. Got a bunch of very clean, non smelly, no stain, no rips, maby used once.. clothing for my 3yr old son! Each item only a few dollars. I hated GoodWill as a kid but, now I am a mom and I know what i'm getting into when I go in the stores.. I love it! People really cant complain! Most of there prices at least for clothes are very fair! Once in a while yeah, there is a stained this, or ripped that but you just don't buy it! read more

I really like this Goodwill, they have a pretty large selection of stuff that's pretty well organized. I do find that some of their prices seem a bit high for a thrift store, some of there nicer furniture can be between 100-200 dollars and there sweaters about 6.99-9.99, and anything with a name brand like North Face or Columbia always seems to be priced higher which considering it's donated seems wrong to me, obviously still good deals but a little higher than what I'm used to, maybe because there's not a lot of shopping around. They have a nice selection of clothes and they organize by size which is easier to find what you want, there's another thrift store nearby that doesn't organize by size or anything at all. read more

Need to get with the program and keep prices comparable with online,and quit worrying about how much the CEO is making. Would rather keep my money local with the hospice thrift store. Found a used products that were more then double that you can buy new for and showed them and they refused to change price. As a former emoyee this place needs to change their name to Badwill. They are not non-profit the CEO and all the top employees who run the company make way too much and they treat the employees like dirt. I was fired because I got sick and couldn't work for two weeks. They assured me it was OK and for me to just take care of myself and get better... My job would still be there but by the time I got in to see a doctor and get on antibiotics so I wasn't contagious, the day I was going to work Jason the manager called to tell me not to bother coming in because I was fired but I didn't get his voicemail. I was so embarrassed I showed up still with a fever and sick, clocked in and went out on the floor I worked maybe 20 minutes when the manager called me into his office and told me I was no longer employed there. pretty run-down place...but we hit the dolphin jackpot (we collect dolphins to gift to a friend of ours)...finding 10 dolphin-related items on site....woot! and all for $21!!!!!!!! very dark and dingy inside...and not very good quality of items inside. the location itself is pretty easy to locate...just turn up the hill at the light at the casino on 101, then make a left at a light about a mile down the road. read more
