I like this store in that it has nice items for sale. However their prices are appalling. I have…read morebeen to thrift stores all over the US and not one comes near the expensive tags for items in this store. It's all free to them and they charge horrible prices. Several times a year they have 50% off all items in the store but I believe it's because they can't bring one more thing out to sell. Today I was in the store and the clothes and linens were packed tight, but the prices were worst than a month ago. There are two Goodwill stores in Harlingen and they are about 1/3 the size of Texas Thrift, but the prices are excellent for thrift shops. When I go to Goodwill I see people with carts nearly full of merchandise, while at Texas Thrift people have just a few items. Texas Thrift- lower your darn prices!,
