She said she found a shoe in the front metal pole in the back of the cab and a chair that we did not see that we left in there. She didn't bother to call to see if we even wanted it. All she did was hang up on us put the phone on answering service and ignore our concerns. She acts like a little highschooler and should not be in a customer service business. Not sure how old Cassie is, but she's got a lot of growing up left to do.
