Boy did they clean up. The place got a facelift. It is better organized and cleaner. The thing with Goodwill, is you are shopping the casts off of the very neighborhood. The Sepulveda Goodwill, for example has better brands. I shop here because it's close and relieves my desire to shop without breaking the bank. I almost always find something wonderful. Brand name or not. I drop off things regularly. The asphalt is all broken up, I have to go around the potholes. Dangerous to walk and drive. Removing two stars for that.

A few cute things I was able to find

I frequent the orange & Santa Ana locations but wanted to try this one out today for the first time . The other ones all have a nice clean smell to them and so do all the clothing , but this store doesn't have that scent . That's not a big deal but something I noticed right away. I know I'm thrifting but the nice scent makes scavenging through peoples donated stuff more pleasant . I rate this store 3/5 . I did find some great deals today but not the kind of good stuff I usually find at the other locations . Sadly I probably won't be back to this location , I like the other ones better . And the area isn't so great . I wanted to try this location bc it seemed to have a higher rating than the rest but honestly I don't know why . It's not as clean as the other stores or organized . I'm just happy about the few things I did find and love visiting all the locations .

Oh no! Please let me out! :P

Did not find what I was initially looking for, but rabbit holes are always lurking at the Goodwill! Found me an ugly sweater and some rare laserdiscs instead! Aw yeah! ;)

Vintagey gold frames. $2-$6

FAVORITE Goodwill. Everything was clean and organized. Amazing staff. Great variety of products. I was in need of vintage looking gold frames for posters in my classroom. Definitely found some and more!

I've been to a lot of thrift stores in the Orange County area and this one by far has the best selection of clothing.

I shopped at this Salvation Army for the first time on May 22, 2026. It is a smaller location…read morelocated behind Glover Stadium, but they had plenty of places to park. This Salvation Army does not have a big selection as Fountain Valley's locations, but you can find some gems from time to time. Thrift store inventories always change - treasure hunting is part of the thrill. I would advise customers to examine the garment closely because they had a lot of stained clothings with holes and overstretched waistbands. The prices are a steal when they have their 50% sale. The only downside is that there are no fitting rooms available. I would recommend wearing leggings and a fitted top to just slip the clothes on you to try. Since they do not accept returns it is okay to be a bit shameless. The sizes are not organized, which is to be expected. Remember, this is a non-profit thrift store and it is has more traditional thrifting feel than big-box ones.

If im being honest, half of my wardrobe comes from this place. I live next to this location, so ive…read morebeen frequenting for years. There are usually atleast a few good finds and mostly the workers are kind and helpful, but lately ive been noticing a dip in quality. I came in today, and for lack of better terms, it was a mess. the clothes were disorganized, with random pieces hanging in the wrong sections, as well as clothes all over the floor, or laying on top of the racks. I was sympathetic about this, as it is a busy friday, and there were only a few workers on the floor compared to the large number of elderly and poser teenagers sifting through the items without care. It previously hadn't gotten that bad before though. However something that stuck out to me was the interaction I had while checking out, or I should say lack of interaction. An adult man checked me out, and whilst hardly acknowledging me, he was conversing with another guy at the neighboring register. I'll admit, I was eavesdropping. This man was complaining about only getting short shifts and how the company was being greedy with hours. -"f*** I wish I could get a lunch for once" This was funny to me, because you work at a thrift store. its not a career. maybe find a better source of income at ur grown age idk...After checking me out, I said thank you and he continued conversing whilst ignoring me. I will continue returning, but I suggest you hire more competent staff that actually respect their employment. -On a side note I appreciate the girl with eyeliner and a facemask that I always see. Shes always really nice.
