They were well within justification to tell me to come tow it away and be done with it. I put 266k miles on this car in 9 years. It could easily have just pooped out but this is the most problems I've ever had with the car. Anyway, 3 weeks, calls in to GM and Chevrolet and still no answers but they didn't give up and at the end of 3 weeks I have my car back and it drives like new! I also couldn't believe what it ended up costing after all that trouble. I am so grateful to this repair shop and they probably just gained a new customer. Meanwhile I am struggling with my Schedule waiting daily, hourly for updates to figure out when I can go home.
