Wonderful little feed store with a plethora of things you need. This is the old fashioned feed store of the 1920-40's with modern day products. Excellent customer service, kind employees and country folk clientele. They have everything you'd need for your small family farm. We recently bought chicks from them and the birds we purchased were strong and healthy and well cared for. Feed, live animals, farm supplies, fencing, it's all here under one heavy timbered roof. I found it very disturbing that in the back, they have mini pigs, chinchillas, cats that were panting and other animals in plexiglass 2 x 2 enclosures. Tiny holes were all they had for ventilation. The sound of the mill grinding equipment was overwhelming, shaking the floor and you couldn't even hear another person talk, yet these animals were subject to this, i'm sure for 12 hours a day. Enclosures were clean, but i'm sure very stifling hot and no ventilation. sad sad sad... that this is allowed. read more
