April 2021. The Gooding Instructional Facility best known as the "GIF" inside Fort Bliss Biggs Airfield. Throughout the years I have been attending trainings at this facility. They offer all kinds of trainings, from ATTRS courses, to college classes, to one time unit trainings. This is an older building but it very well accommodates all the trainings it offers. It has wifi and access to bring laptops for all training where everyone can connect to an electric outlet. Its parking lot is okay and when it overflows there are parking lots available on both sides crossing the street from this facility. I like that they feature a small coffee kiosk. The only con is that usually there is only one person serving coffee and the lines are long. The restrooms are ample and they feature one handicap shower. read more
