I called Penny and her and her husband came to rescue us. We all loaded up in their truck and they took us back to our condo. And within a couple of hours they delivered the cart back to us. And gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Having been in the service industry customer service is a big deal for me. This is a "Mom & Pop shop". We will be back every yr from now on!!

We picked up the new ones only to break down with a bunch of kids on our way home. He never answered our calls, so we had to get police assistance to push the golf cart off the road and wait for the store to open the next day. He tried to blame it on us, but we only had the replacement carts a few hours before the battery went dead. Needless to say we spent way too much time being stranded and going back and forth to the store.

I had the receipt to prove that I was not late I was on time! But conveniently he did not speak English and kept repeating a time that I had not even been in there I was still at the beach! I don't understand why? How could a business just blatantly change the time on your contract... I called a police officer who tried to talk them into refunding that extra money they charged but they refused. That's just bad business:( I don't recommend anyone renting from them!
