First you need a gas station that allows you to park the 18 Wheeler. Then you have to run in without getting run over by the big trucks. And then once you get in you do not know what the restrooms will look like. Well this gas station was not only convenient but it was also very clean! I told the manager that my dog is a service dog and his response was "no he isn't " My dog IS a service dog! He has the vest, card Keychain and certificate! He wasn't wearing his vest because it is over 100 degrees outside. He does have on his keychain on his collar. It is CLEAR! The manager just wanted to invade my space, and harass me. I called customer service about this issue and they didn't call me back so I take this to mean that they don't care. I will be reporting this store to everyone that will listen and the BBB and ADA. I might even call the news. The manager made me feel unsafe. Horrible experience. Don't shop at this store!
