We recently moved to the area and were told this restaurant makes a pretty good pizza, so we've ordered twice now.
During our first order, the employee who answered the phone sounded rushed and somewhat annoyed, which didn't make for the best first impression. On our second order, I asked about adding tomatoes to the pizza, and the employee responded by asking if I had called the correct location because they had never offered tomatoes as a topping.
We explained that we are new to the area and didn't have a menu in front of us. We were simply ordering based on recommendations from others who had spoken highly of the pizza.
I'm not saying I won't order from here again, but a little more patience and friendliness on the phone would go a long way. As a Security Director, I understand how important customer service is in any industry. The food may be good, but the customer experience is just as important.
The world can be hectic, but professionalism and courtesy still matter. I hope future interactions are a bit more welcoming. read more
