I work with small businesses that utilize the power of QuickBooks Online to manage the financials in their business. I can either do this work for you OR we can work together and maximize your time spent on your business. Many QuickBooks Online users are not taking advantage of all the tools available to them in there QuickBooks Online subscription. There are a ton of tools and features that you are already paying for that you may not even know exist or are not taking advantage of. This is where I can be of the most help. We make sure that you have the correct subscription for your business, that you are utilizing all the tools available, and reduce the amount of time you are spending work on your business. I can also handle your bookkeeping tasks for you. I have been a bookkeeper for many years and see many of the same mistakes made by many business owners repeated. If you would rather just hire a bookkeeper that will take care of these task for you to enable you to work on growing your business, let have a chat about what you are struggling with and how I can help. It is always a good idea to have a second (or third) set of eyes on your business' financials. We can review your financials on a regular basis that you feel is most beneficial. History

Established in 2021.

Attended Casper College to learn bookkeeping. Was fortunate to get an internship with a local company where I learned the basics. Once I graduated from Casper College, I was hired by a local CPA firm that taught me much of what I know and worked with and for a great group of people. I feel very fortunate to have spent my time with them. Decided to open my own bookkeeping business and focus on helping small business owners do their own bookkeeping if that is what they prefer or become their outsourced bookkeeper. I have met many great small business owners that just want to make a good living and have a business they are proud of. It has been great and I look forward to helping more business owners and their families succeed and leave a legacy for their families.

I enjoy bookkeeping and helping business owners succeed. Is it always easy and clean? No, we all know that. However, working through a small business' financial information is a puzzle that one you get it finish can tell the business owner(s) and I a lot about what is going on. What is going right and what needs to be fixed. From there, we can make a plan to improve tracking information and guiding the business to new goals and achievements.
