The key to shopping at GNC is personal research, diligence when trying out a product (because you can return a product within 30 days even if the box is empty), and recognizing that many of those products that promise everything with no effort on your part are just the 21st century's version of miracle elixers travelling salesmen sold off of a cart in the 19th century; the main ingredient in those was cocaine or alcohol. Nevertheless, great nutrition can be well managed with the products at GNC, and my experience here is that the employees make a positive difference.
