We've recently switched to Happy Hounds grooming and so far we're very pleased. They're a bit more…read morethan our last groomer but I feel like they care more and I like the way they treat my two dogs. They discuss our needs and the cost when I drop the pups off and we get a text when they're ready, I love that! We've been in 3 times to far. The first time they shaved my dog a bit too short but it was still very warm out so that was not a problem. The second time we chose not to shave her because she's recently been diagnosed with cushings disease and her coat is now growing in patches. This past time we asked that they just take off a little to help even things out. When I showed up they came out and told me there was a miscommunication. They were SO apologetic and told me they accidentally shaved her like they did the first visit. While she looked cute, she was sure going to be cold!! They comped her grooming completely which I thought was more than enough since it was an honest mistake. My pups always walk out of Happy Hounds very perky and looking cute as hell and that make me a happy pet parent! Facts: Cage free environment for dog friendly dogs and they have kennels for those pups like mine who prefer their personal space. You must provide proof of rabies vaccination and any other vaccinations are at your discretion. I'd recommend a bordetella vaccine just because your pup is around other pups but that's just my opinion (vet recommended).

Not sure if they just don't clean the…read moretruck beds in between each dog, maybe there's just poor drainage, or something's wrong with their water supply, because my dog came out smelling worse than she did going in it. First of all, the bottle of shampoo we were given was so watered down, it barely created any soap suds, so I feel like my dog wasn't getting very clean. Also, the towels we were given were so thin, they were barely drying my dog. So, I had asked the girl at the desk for another towel and she practically rolled her eyes at me before giving me another one. And unfortunately, I walked away with my dog smelling like stale, musty water. Complete waste of time and money.
