The AC was repeatedly broken; when I complained it was ignored and sometimes "fixed" only temporarily. Maintenance is unresponsive, dismissive, and slow. I've lost sleep, personal items, and time dealing with infestations that should have been handled promptly. If you're considering renting from LEMC Realty, be aware: they do not reliably fix pest or major problems. Document everything, save receipts/photos, and consider other landlords.

Now we are stuck with a guy who has threatened us, who plays boombox music all night long, who has destroyed the front yard with "bonfire-like" piles of wood and tree limbs. This case is at the prosecutor's office for harassment. The last tenant was just as horrible, and his case has a court date of August 19, 2022. We have BEGGED and BEGGED this company to do something, but they are not interested. From what we understand, an investigator spoke to someone "high up" in the company, and he was not interested in helping us homeowners. We may sue for harassment if this continues.
