I only wanted insulation, ceiling, walls, floor, fan, window and a built in bench, along with a bed frame. I asked for bead board to be used throughout. I also said I would like a book cottage vibe. I received exactly that! I am delighted with the cozy, artistic touches added by his wife. And yes, I cried when I saw it. David called and sent pictures each step of the way. The masterpiece is a large and well supported table that pulls out my back door from under my floor. Definitely a 5 star job.

He managed to get all the seat floor rails out (which is a miracle in the Toyota Sienna) and put in beautiful floors. This gives me 4" more in height with makes a huge difference for van living. And he created a system for the solar panels to sit on top of the roof while leaving room for the Thule storage next to it. I get so many compliments on the master carpentry. Dave & Amy were super nice to work with, organized, and offered a reasonable cost. I love my minivan camper and highly recommend Timberline Tiny Houses for all projects!

I hired West End Painting to finish a remodel project at my house. These guys did an amazing job!…read more They were courteous, professional, and extremely clean. There was alot of sanding that needed to be done and I was very concerned that my home would be covered in drywall and paint dust. They contained the area and kept all of my belongings and the rest of my home completely dust free! Jason also recommended a no voc paint that was very helpful because my son has respiratory sensitivities. I have painted by myself in my home in the past and was somewhat pleased with the results. Hiring West End was the best money I ever spent! My rooms look like they belong on HGTV!

Previous renovations (done by another local contractor/ builder) were shoddy and allowed for major water damage that was hidden from me when I bought the house, but became apparent shortly after we started living in the house. HandyMan demo-d and removed all the water damaged flooring and sub-floor, redid the sub-floor with proper moisture barrier and heat insulation, and demo-d and and rebuilt two bathrooms in about two months. They started and finished exactly on time, and the bathrooms look amazing. Ian and Evan display high quality workmanship (flooring and tiling) and a professional, kind attitude. I also had a great experience working with the new design point-person, Petra. She was indispensable in helping me design the bathroom of my dreams, and took many trips all around the area to find the right materials and paint colors. I am thrilled with the final product and now have two perfect bathrooms, beautiful flooring that will withstand all the weather ups and downs, and a new laundry room. Finally, Steve was very professional and transparent about all the details, change orders, invoices, etc... I was always consulted before any changes were made to the original plan. Highly recommended!
