When he came to take measurements and all of that, he gave a long speech about how he had to be here when his sheet rock crew were scheduled to come and explained why, but he never showed up on that day. When he did come, he complained how he was losing money on the job, but he'd come up with the quote, which we'd borrowed money to honor. I have pictures of the horrific job he did. How do you send in a sheet rock guy who does a great job ahead of you, and ruin fresh sheetrock? He managed to do just that. There are lumps, bumps, sections that look like popcorn, and worse. I respectfully contacted him to come fix the work. That was 6 months ago. Never heard back. Don't pay him until you've inspected the work, no matter what kind of song and dance you get because you'll never see him. $4100 down the drain. We've had to fix everything little by little and some areas can't be fixed unless we were to tear down the sheetrock and start all over again. NOT a happy customer.

We did not even know they were planning to start until coming home to equipment in our driveway. Then, equipment broke down on first day of actual work, rendering our drive blocked for 2 days. This after no-showing the initial start date. The project manager was MIA for over a week without any communication, just unreachable. They eliminated part of the job without discussion, which was the right decision but did not reduce price and was not even a conversation. The project manager offered free sealing to accommodate for the inconveniences and lack of communication. Once the job was complete, he insisted they could only be paid cash/Venmo, despite having my paid-in-full check in hand. He stated his bank was unable to process a deposit due to another large deposit from a separate job. It made no sense, but I wanted to be kind. After being paid in full via Venmo, he requested I recall the payment to avoid fees. After several weeks of back and forth, awaiting my refund from Venmo, I paid him cash. He assured me the company would be in touch to schedule promised sealing. There was no call. I reached out, attempting to schedule the sealing. They completely ghosted me, only responding when threats of contacting BBB were made. They never sealed the drive. The process began well (seemed trustworthy), but ended with a feeling of having been ripped off and repeatedly lied to.

Shortly after the wall was finished, I provided the final payment with the understanding the job would be finished the following day. Two months later, after rescheduling 5 times for​ many reasons, the driveway patch was done yesterday. They resealed the driveway for free for our inconvenience. I paid $9500 for all work done. I hardly know where to begin with this review. This was the worst experience I have ever had when…read morehiring a professional. I emailed through Yelp and we set up a time for a regular cleaning of my 2 bedroom,2 bath, living room/kitchen apartment. Included was supposed to be the living room windows. Jason, the cleaner, arrived 15 minutes late, but began cleaning soon after. First the kitchen: he mopped the floor with what must have been a dirty rag because after the house was cleaned we found what looked like a shredded black cloth and hundreds of tiny threads all over the apartment. The kitchen sink was never cleaned at all. All of the surfaces must have been cleaned with the same product because it left a streaky oily mess on top of the counters, from the counters to the glass topped coffee table to the piano. All different surfaces, the same oily mess. The wood floor was gritty and when I rubbed a paper towel on the floor in a few places it was nowhere near clean. Impossible to walk on in bare feet. The toilets were half way clean, but certainly not professionally. The countertops oily and the showers and tub were never touched. Not at all! They were dry as a bone. The mirrors were never touched. Less than half of the windows we contracted for were cleaned. In emails back and forth later, the cleaner said a table was in the way and couldn't get to the windows. One dining chair would have needed to be moved in order to get to the windows. He said there were things on the table and he couldn't clean the windows. The vacuum was a wet/dry shop vac.! Jason left at 11:30, less than 3 hours. For this we were expected to pay $310! Very expensive. Jason told us the fee was $370. When he returned to the office, he was told it was $310. We were informed by the owner that we get back $60. She was unable to send a check or drop off the cash. I told her I would come to her but she never told me the place or time. Extremely disappointing. We were never offered a refund, but were told the cleaner could come back and finish, but it would cost us more. I've never written such a bad review. I don't enjoy it, but I am very angry now. I have copies of the correspondence sent back and forth if anyone would like a copy. Wish I could rate this place no stars at all.
