This hotel is awful. I cannot stress this enough…read more I stayed here with my sister because she had a conference located at the hotel (so we pretty much had to stay here at least for part of the week). There are actually 3 different buildings with shuttles that can take you between the buildings. Honestly, you lost me there already but fine. We stayed in Building 1 which was the main building for the conference, but from what I heard the oldest and most outdated of the buildings at the hotel. Several people in the conference group complained of having no hot water for DAYS. They reported this to the hotel, the hotel promised to fix it, but did nothing. These people had to shower with cold water all week. In our room (and at least one other room of someone at the conference who mentioned the same issue) I found multiple bugs including a roach climbing around the headboard. I was absolutely disgusted and was grateful that we were checking out that day. There is a shuttle you can pay for to take you into the city. The price is reasonable, but the one day I decided to use this shuttle it was EXTREMELY late. I had timed tickets to a museum and thankfully the museum was flexible about my arrival time, but I know there are other places with timed tickets that are not very forgiving. If you choose to take taxis or ubers, the price will be a lot steeper. I paid about 40 euros each time I needed to get into the city. I would much rather pay for a hotel to stay closer rather than commute in from here (this is actually what we ended up doing partway through the week and transferred to a more central hotel). I would never stay at this hotel again and I wholeheartedly recommend no one stays here either if given any choice in the matter.

When we arrived we were not welcomed in any way. We rented carts and bags. No towels in the carts. No easy way to get water or anything else. We asked the caddie master, the pro shop and reception for score cards and were rudely sent away with "someone else has them". Never got a score card. The course is pretty but not well maintained. Overall a disappointing experience.

I received an email back stating I would be refunded my 1.680,00€ by the end of the month. I never received a refund, nor will the club return any of my emails to them. They basically stole my money. In 50 years of playing golf this is a first, and everyone should be warned of their very bad customer service. I've put the credit card company on to them, but doubt I will ever see my money. Terrible, unethical behavior on their part, likely reflecting how they manage their course.

Sadly, that experience was quickly foiled by their inhospibital customer reception and service, soiled & unclean facilities throughout, and golf rental equipment that would make your local muni course embarrassed to offer. Although the course was up to par, the facilities, staff and clubhouse scored out as a triple bogey...not worth the money!
