I paid $125 for these sunscreens, and instead received products that had expired in April 2026. I received the order on May 1, 2026. Considering that these sunscreens are intended for young children, I find this extremely concerning. Since all four items in my order were expired, I do not believe this was simply an oversight. Now, trying to reach customer service is a real pain. Then if you do reach them ( easiest by phone) they still demand you go to their website to fill out a complaint form with mandatory photo request to prove you're telling the truth about your defective item. Still waiting for them to send me my return label soI can return the damn things, BUT, they have yet to email me that. They refuse to pay return postage for their mistake! My advice? Do NOT order from this company!!
