But let me assure you, as a Chinese American who lives in NYC, that this is the real deal. So good that I had 2 bowls of noodles. (Also, the Spanish eat late. With a drink, I chose the Bravas special - choice of garlic or plain mayo, their spicy specialty sauce (very similar to bbq sauce), beets, corn, shredded carrots, boiled ham, and green olives toppings. Other choices of toppings offered - either as one of their house mixes or choose 4, 6, or 8 toppings - are king crab, tuna, mozarella cheese... It's strictly to go, packaged in a bowl that's about 9-inches in diameter and filled to the brim. You get two spoons with your order without even asking because it is literally big enough for two and that's if both of you are hungry.
