I visited this store from Silver Spring Maryland, after a wedding in the area. I purchased over a…read morethousand dollars in wine and scotch. I also prepaid a few hundred dollars for some cognac which was out of stock at the time. Weeks passed. I emailed and called half a dozen times. The product was said to be in stock and shipping would occur. I gave the frum proprietor the benefit of the doubt, Mr. Werth. Now they kept my money and no shipment sent. They either cannot run a business or are thieves. They certainly lost a customer who would have regularly ordered product from them. STAY AWAY. I am contacting the local VAAD.

We went to this business looking for a certain liquor, we entered the building greeted a older man…read moreat the counter and asked if they carried said liquor, he had heard of it and said he could look it up for us. He walked to his computer then glanced at us and said "it's thanks to you people that we have Biden in office" which caught us off guard since it was completely out of the blue. This spontaneous rude remark turned into a conversation of politics and morals that was unsolicited, attempting to change the topic I was promptly ignored by the man as he went on about his political views. This lasted way too long and eventually we were able to continue although at this point ready to walk out not just because of the politics but to being referred to as "you people" presumably just because we don't share the same religion. This was completely unprofessional and borderline racist.
