I went to the dealership yesterday because my tire pressure was low on my left rear tire. After an hour, they came back and said I had a slow leak due to a nail and they could only REPLACE it for $507. I said no thanks and walked right out. (My car is 60 days old w/ brand new tires soooo no). Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 am. I drive up to Smyrna Tire, park, jump out and tell them what I was told. They said they'd check pressure on all and see if they can patch the hole. Great! Welp. They actually found 1 nail in my left rear and 2 nails in my right rear tire. (Either I have enemies or I need to watch how I drive cause sheesh). On top of being thankful, I'm impressed and grateful. Had I bought the replacement tire, I would've had to turn around and buy another one days later PLUS I'm hella disappointed that after sitting on their lift for an hour and doing the extra ridiculous soapy test, BMW couldn't see that I had multiple nails across both tires. Anywho. In case you're still thinking of going somewhere else for any of your tire issues. Don't. I've found my forever shop and I'm positive I won't need to go anywhere else. Side note: I've been here for about 40 minutes and my car is almost done. Yay! There's also a very steady flow of customers and they are getting them in and out as much as they can.

The repair wasn't cheap but it did come in well under the estimate. My cars' issues were accurately diagnosed and correctly fixed. I'm quite happy with my experience. Btw, don't let the appearance of the business or the neighbourhood discourage you. I consider it a positive thing when I'm not being overcharged just to pay for a shiny new facility. The people were friendly and professional, and the shop area was clean and efficient. I'll definitely return when my next repair is needed.

I will not trust them any more and I would suggest you don't either. they don't fix your car just so you come back to spend more money, what a joke.

I went back today to speak with the Owner and he stated once the sale was done that's it!!! The Owner was nasty and very unprofessional. I would stay clear of this place at all cost. It even looks like a dump from the outside appearance. I should have know better, but the Manager made promises he had the "lowest" prices. Please stay away unless it's an emergency situation. Please do better research than I did. The Owner also called me a "Queer" over the phone. The atmosphere felt very racist to me. I would never go back again of course. They brought me to him after I had a blow out and he put a really decent tire on for a great price. Well everytime that I've gone to him to get tires since then I have noticed that the tires don't hold up at all. Like literally will be on for 2 weeks and then go flat. I understand they are used but even a used tire should still hold up longer than that. Never dawned on me that he was putting these dry rotted tires on my car that's why he sells them for so cheap (until)I went up there less than a month ago to get my front tires replaced and literally less than a week later one of them went flat. I reached out to him to see if I could get it switched out for a better one and he never returned my call or text. I sent him pictures showing the inside wall of the tire was damaged and he still never replied. I was a loyal customer to him for about 2 years and have referred people to him though now I see he is just a scammer in a whole in the wall tire shop. He is not a real mechanic can only put tires on and that's it. He will knowingly put one of the following on your car and won't think twice about it Option A: a severely defected tire Option B: too damn worn to be sold Option C: or incorrectly sized tire on your car just to make a quick profit. He probably does this mostly in situations when he is directly dealing with a female client who he presumes doesn't know any better. Stay away at all costs!!!

After reading many reviews I decided to visit RPM and I have no regrets. An appointment is recommended and I usually call at least 2 weeks in advance because it's a popular small business. Recently I visited for an oil change and my car was ready in 28 minutes. I could instantly tell the difference in how my vehicle was driving. I was also informed that my vehicle looked good and only concern may be rear breaks and they would look at it during the next oil change. The oil change sticker was placed on my window so I have a reminder on when to visit next. Although it's a little drive from my home, I will continue to get my car serviced here.  Friendly service, consistent and quality work at an affordable price.
