My first point of contact was Boris, to whom I clearly stated the situation and emphasized that he should let me know if any further action or documentation was needed from my end. Despite this, the firm took several months just to finalize a court date. During this time, I called for an update only to be told by a staff member that nothing had even been submitted yet, and she had no idea why. When I finally received a court date, it came with a letter stating my license would be suspended if I didn't attend traffic school. The lack of knowledge and respect from the staff was staggering. I spoke with multiple people about the suspension threat who were incredibly rude and dismissive, claiming it had nothing to do with this ticket--even though the ticket number was clearly listed on the letter. Eventually, a lawyer informed me that I could have avoided this by providing a written notice, something I specifically offered to do when speaking with Boris. When I finally reached a customer service representative to address the disrespect and constant miscommunication, she promised to call me back within two days to review the phone logs and help me tell my story. I never received that call. I followed up multiple times over the next two weeks with no response. Finally, when I requested a refund, I received a phone call from a man who was immediately combative and rude. Rather than addressing my concerns, he got into an argument and hung up on me. I am now stuck paying their fee, plus court fees, and still have to attend traffic school. Save your money and find a firm that actually communicates and treats clients with basic respect.

My experience is for speeding tix: Nov 21, Feb 23 & April 23. All dismissed at hearing where Mr. Silverman was present in representation and correctly challenged technical problems with each. My only cost was Mr. Silverman's VERY reasonable up-front fee. Remember he can't guarantee any outcome, but . . . boy, oh, boy, he has delivered in my cases. His knowledge of the courts staff and Tampa PD are definite assets. Example: He played along with a TPD request for continuance as the Officer was smart enough to know he couldn't testify as scheduled. What was "disputed" is his receipt of a citation. I work in Auto insurance claims, and most jurisdictions do not issue citations for auto accidents.....because unless the police officer actually witnessed the accident, how can he or she testify to the citation? I knew we had a strong case based on my experience, but Rick was outstanding with VERY quick follow up to my email inquiry and put me at ease. What put me even more at ease was the flat rate he charges. I am not going to call out the amount (not sure its appropriate), but the VERY reasonable fee made the decision to have Rick represent my son a no-brainer. Rick showed up for my son on his court date and was able to get the citation dismissed! That easy! Listen to me, if you are in an accident and receive a citation, do NOT accept it and have Rick represent you (if you are in the Tampa area). Think about it, unless the officer/court orders the other driver and/or a witness to show up, there is no one to testify to the facts of the accident.
