On a positive note, the owner is friendly, and the staff are lovely. I apologize if my feedback seems blunt, but it's constructive. Perhaps it would be beneficial for the staff, particularly the shorter staff member, to keep the door closed when customers arrive, ensuring they don't feel chilled.
