    I have been going to this hairdresser ever since it opened pretty much 8/9 years or so ago but…read moreyesterday I was left very disappointed and rather upset. I went in with several pictures of what I wanted and had a chat with the hairdresser before starting. Half-way through she showed me the back and I said I would prefer it shorter. After discussing it further she said she would have to start the cut all over again as we kind of misunderstood each other. It seemed she went for the same cut I had whilst I wanted something different. She asked me to wait for about 20mn as she needed to attend another customer who was having a colour done. Which is fine. When she returned I found her very stressed and she reluctantly started to cut again but was very negative about everything, blaming my colour that would need to be done, blaming my lack of clarity in explaining what I initially wanted, etc...When she 'finished', it looked awful, unfinished and untidy. The back and the sides were all laddered and uneven. She didn't even blow dry and almost refused to cut my fringe (which she hadn't touched at all at that point). I insisted but again she made me feel like I was a difficult customer and she cut it the bare minimum. She then asked for £25, saying she spent a lot of time on me. I refused and only pay £14 which is the price they normally have. Her colleague who passed by, who didn't get involved til then, implied I wouldn't be welcomed anymore. I can't believe the way I was treated. I understand that sometimes, things go wrong, it is nobody's fault but the way it is addressed clearly lies with the staff and their ability to offer good customer services. I feel the hairdresser was overworked (she didn't even had a lunch break) and under a lot of stress to do as many customers as possible and this has led to this very regrettable situation. I was left feeling as if I had been really difficult and that they wanted to get rid of me. And with a shitty haircut which needs another hairdresser visit to correct it. This is a real shame but I will not be going back there.
