I had Vernon come out to do a gutter repair and couldn't be happier. He did an amazing job at installing the initial gutters on our home. After a hail storm, another company through our insurance re-did our gutters and they had a few issues that needed to be remedied. I have had the out at our home 2 times and both were great, 1st is when they put up all my Gutters and they look great, 2nd is when we had a storm and it destroyed my chicken coop and run by flipping it in to the house and hitting one gutter. We have had great service from Golden Rule. They installed gutters for our entire house and they were reasonable on price, cleaned up after and did a great job. We had one corner that need a little extra attention after the first big rain and they came out and addressed the issue right away. Recently we had to replace a section of gutter over our driveway after yours truly accidentally damaged and tore the gutter. They responded quickly and replaced the run at a very fair price. Golden Rule Seamless Gutters installed a 6" gutter along our new barn. We explained water would need drain to the north, so Vernon installed two downspouts on the north. After rain events, water would overspill on the south into my horse corral. Exactly opposite of what I wanted. The gutter nearest my horse is holding 2" of water while the end with the downspouts is dry. The slope of the gutter system is backward. Vernon blamed the barn construction and told me to have my husband call him because I didn't understand! What a sexist statement! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. He's too busy to come out unless we want to add another downspout! read more
