I have been here a few times, having first dined here before relocating to the Midlands. The decor had been updated since I last been, giving the restaurant a much more fresher, cleaner look.
The food is always tasty here, and the staff accommodating and friendly. I decided to experiment this time round, instead of my settling for my usual dish and had Mangrai Chicken and Sizzling rice. The chicken was in a lovely creamy sauce, but was a bit too spicy for my liking. My partner settled for the Chicken Tikka Masala and Pilau Rice, and we shared a Peshwari nann. The food was delicious and hot, and there was a good amount of time between courses.
Our poppadoms did not come with mango chutney so we requested this, and it was bought out straight away.
The restaurant is always busy which is a good sign, and a number of regulars arrived throughout the evening which all the staff knew by name.
All in all a good restaurant that serves delicious food. They also have a buffet every Sunday. read more
