I did a google search and found Micro Computers---long story short---I took it in after work around 6:30 and Sultan Hamdan helped me and he determined that my hard drive was not destroyed and that he could get my computer back up, running and recover all my data and the many bookmarks. He did everything he said he would and more---helped me back up everything to a device I had but couldn't remember how to do the back up. He even reinstalled my printer for me. The charge was exactly what he said it would be even though I am certain that it took longer to complete than he initially thought. I tried to give him $20 which he would not take from me. He was very patient with me. I will bring my laptop back to Micro Computers sometime before 2020 to upgrade to Windows 10. All the people at Micro Computers were respectful, knowledgeable and patient with me. I trust them completely and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
