Naseem cleaned my sons teeth She was so sweet to my son and patiently answered all of the questions my son had and also explained everything. I gave 4 stars because I felt the female dentist we had was really short and a bit standoffish Which really sucked.:/ my son has great teeth so I guess in here defense she didn't need to be in there with us very long. read more

Went for a dental visit 12/11 or 12/12 of 2025 and they were very forceful when it came to taking my tooth out to the point where it flew out onto the floor. When I got home after the pain medicine wore off, I felt a stinging pain in my cheek. Every time I would drink water, so I looked in the mirror and I found this hole that they drilled in my mouth. I KNOW that the dentist and the dental assistant saw it and they did not tell me at all that they did this to me. I had to find out when I got home and feel the pain. I do not recommend this place. I left a message with the overnight emergency line about the hole and they never got back to me about it. I will never be going back to that place ever again, if I can give this place negative stars I would. read more

I am leaving this review to share my experience as clearly and responsibly as possible so other patients can make informed decisions. In November 2025, I paid $850 out-of-pocket for a veneer at this office. Less than two months later, in mid-January 2026, the veneer detached with minimal force. When I returned to have it evaluated, I was informed that excessive enamel removal during the initial procedure compromised the tooth enough to cause infection and require a root canal. This was especially upsetting because the veneer was supposed to be a cosmetic improvement, not the beginning of a serious restorative problem. As a result, I am now in pain, dealing with an infection, and facing significant unplanned dental expenses for a problem that did not exist before the treatment. I am not only financially impacted, but also emotionally frustrated by how rapidly a "cosmetic upgrade" turned into a medically compromised tooth. In addition to the clinical outcome, I have serious concerns about patient privacy practices. During treatment, the dentist took photographs of my teeth using her personal cell phone. I was not presented with any photography consent form, nor was I informed how these images would be stored, used, or protected. Dental photographs are considered part of a patient's health information, and the lack of transparency made me extremely uncomfortable from a privacy and security standpoint. What stands out most from this experience is the lack of aftercare support, lack of transparency, and the feeling that once the initial procedure was complete, the consequences became my responsibility alone. At no point was I offered corrective assistance, reimbursement, or an attempt to address the financial and medical burden created by the initial procedure. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone who values predictable outcomes, responsible handling of patient information, or patient-centered follow-through. I am now seeking care from a different dentist to correct problems that did not exist prior to being seen here. I would encourage anyone considering this office to thoroughly research their options, ask detailed questions about procedures, and make sure they understand the risks, aftercare policies, and privacy practices in writing before moving forward. read more

Horrible wait time. My daughters appointment was at 3:30, we arrived at 3:22p, it is now 4:40p and we have not been called back. Several people standing up complain about wait time. Out of common courtesy notify your patients you are behind. If they choose to wait that's on them. read more

Don't do it. When they cut my 4 wisdom teeth out, 2 were infected immediately. They also cut extra parts of my gums by accident during the procedure. After this infection, they performed two root canals that were affected by the infection. Couple years later one root canal decayed, and I visited a different dentist office. They stated the root canal job was sloppy, and that the X-ray showed the other root canal was very sloppy too. I am now writing this because the second root canal has decayed as well. This is the worst dental office you could possibly go to, as they perform sloppy work that will cost you literally thousands to repair. Go anywhere else, please. read more

The staff is wonderful office nice and clean.. they really want to address your concerns about your oral hygiene and they make sure you're comfortable and played music to ease yourself.. Do not recommend this dentist. I went years ago and I'm still paying the price for their mistakes. I went in for a cavity filling on my front teeth and they chipped my tooth without telling me what happened. They also left some cotton in my tooth after a root canal which caused my crown to become loose. read more

Sadly I will never be coming back to this Dental Office. I brought My 6yr old to get treatment on a cavity. She is really good when it comes to getting work done on her mouth, she doesn't move or cry she just sits there and allows the dentist do his work. When I got home she was complaining about pain on her chin, as I checked her she had an a abrasion. I took her back so they can take a look at her and they said it could be allergies to just put ointment on it. As it turns out it wasn't allergies. It was a burn. What upset me is that they didn't own up to it. The doctor that worked on her just brushed it off like nothing. Just because she didn't complain to them doesn't mean she's not going to tell me how it happened. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are the absolute worst! I've left in tears from their "Dental ASSISTANTS" being seriously unprofessional. Their X-ray tech with the blonde hair was amazing and deserves a fat raise for having to work with these girls. They have had me with TEMPORARY filling in an unfinished root canal for over a MONTH!! I went in with a dental infection they claimed that my crown that I paid for and was done by them so now its shaved down to a nub. The dentist tells me that all I need to do is Gargle with saltwater. A couple hours go by and the pain has gotten so bad its at the top of my head. They tell me why dont you come back tomorrow and see the guy who set your crown. After ranting and raving they finally get me antibiotics. Why cant they get more organized and now I get to own a 700 dollar nub for a crown. read more

I'm someone who regularly gets my teeth cleaned and cares about my dental health. Going in today even at the front desk they seemed annoyed to help me. But the worst was getting my X-rays and teeth cleaned during the X-rays I was hit multiple times by the machine, at first I laughed thinking it was a mistake but she didn't respond or say sorry at all. When the doctor came in he barely glanced over my teeth but the worst part was the cleaning she cleaned the right side of my mouth decently, but the left side that was farther to her was barely touched, all she did was brush them, and you can tell she barely cared. When she rinsed my mouth she missed my mouth entirely so many times that the back of my head was wet and all she said was "oh little shower" yet somehow when she was done there was ALOT of stuff left in my mouth. I feel bad leaving such a bad review but I really think it's important that a medical office cares about these things. Honestly I would go across the street to the dental office in the vons shopping center, they've always done an amazing job and have amazing staff. read more

My right side of the mouth is numb and I cannot taste with it thanks to them. I went there last summer to have my wisdom teeth removed. They took out my bottom right wisdom tooth but I could feel the pain during this. They raised my hand to indicate that it was hurting and they just shot more numbing into it, which didn't help. The dentist didn't seem to care, she just blamed it on me. One year later I cannot taste anything with the right side of my mouth. This is how much they cared about the patient. I had told them that days after I couldn't taste or feel with the right side of my mouth but they didn't care. They kept calling me not to check up on me but to ask when I wanted to schedule another appointment to remove the rest of my wisdom teeth because they saw that my insurance would cover my other teeth. They must have called at least 10 times trying to get me to make another appointment. read more

I would never recommend this office. Their stuff members are so rough and fast, the result is terrible. I had one little cavity on the surface, the female dentist drilled down quarter of the tooth and didn't even filled the hole, I had to take pain medicine and antibiotic for 10 days, now I have to have it pulled because the infection is too deep. **FRAUD** Do not go here unless you have extra money to just throw away. Denti-call said that all charges should be covered for my senior mom on a fixed income. This office charged her an extra $580. I was going to pay with my Care credit (because they said they accepted this card), then they wanted to charge me an extra $200 to use the card. They said these were fees by the credit company that I would need to cover. I called the card company - they stated they DO NOT charge this much for extra fees and that the consumer is not responsible for these fees. I have reported this office to Care Credit, Denti-Cal, and will be reporting them to the better business bureau for extorting seniors and who knows who else for extra fees and costs that were already covered by insurance. read more

the worse dental place i ever been. i originally went for a simple stain in one of my front teeth. the doctors are overly agressive and always rushing that they do not even wash their hands to see the next patient puting people and small childen in a risk of getting an infecction. they stated i must have x rays prior to my cleaning at this point an x ray was unnecesarry but for them is all about ( money) and for people who dont know x rays are bad for you and cause brain cancer. going to this place was the worse experience of my life i have never meet any dentist as agressive and negligent using broken tools that caused me a lot of pain and bleeding. i was so afraid she was going to break all my front teeth. i ended up going somewhere alse. i will never,ever in my life go back to this - golden hell dental- read more
