They did a nice job framing my husbands Oriole's baseball print. The staff had good ideas about framing and spent a fair amount of time until we got it right. The print was ready when promised. read more

I brought my camera into this store for repairs, and to my shock, I discovered that some of my…read moreaccessories were missing when I picked it up. The lens cap, a spare battery, and even my SD card (which had personal photos on it) were gone. When I confronted the owner, they acted clueless and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility. This is unacceptable behavior for any business, let alone one that handles expensive electronics. If they can't be trusted to return items in the same condition they received them, they shouldn't be in business at all. Stay far away--this place is either incredibly careless or outright thieves. I'm filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and warning others to avoid them at all costs. Never again.
