It's located at the seaside - you can eat breakfast watching the fjords. Toilets, showers, kitchen are available for campers and the buildings are located right next to the tents spot. The only downsides I found is that you can only pay in cash and you need 20 NOK coins to use the shower for 4 mins. Anyways, recommended for anyone going camping in Alesund area.

A fine campground near Måløy. A few cabins (all booked), a few "apartments" (hotel-like spaces in…read morethe common building), and a small swath of grass for tents; it'd hold three or four 2-person tents, or maybe 2 larger tents. Showers are 10 KR for 4 minutes. The kitchen facilities are an actual kitchen; refrigerator, stove, residential sink. Feels like you're in someone's house, rather than the utilitarian washing-up spaces at some campgrounds. The owner spoke Norwegian and almost no English; my basic Norwegian was helpful, and the conversation went just fine. Several German RVs, a Russian family in one of the apartments, and an older couple minding the store a little when the owner wasn't around. Quite reasonable, and excellent sunsets.

This review covers the marina's sideline as a camping & RV spot; we didn't have a boat…read more There are two gravel RV parking places with electricity, and some other gravel space for a third; we were tent camping, and found ourselves with the choice between the swampy, rocky breakwater or the gravel parking lot. We went for the parking lot. There's some picnic tables near the marina clubhouse, and two bathrooms (one with a shower). There's drinking water either in the bathrooms, or at a spigot on the bathroom building. Showers are apparently included in the price of an overnight, as far as we could tell. The views across the water are quite nice, but the camping area itself is filled with dry-docked boats, boat trailers (some coming and going), and unused construction equipment, which gives the place a post-apocalyptic wasteland feel. It's nice to be on the same island as Alnes and the spectacular hikes over and around the local mountain, but I'd find somewhere else to stay next time.
