This location was used as the access point for pickup as I was not going to be home on the UPS…read moredelivery date. (Dec 4). I went to pick the package up on Dec 8. The package couldn't be found. To date (Dec 16) it still hasn't been found. Staff supposedly submitted a claim/lost form. I watched the lady fill it out. I guess it got lost as well. I have to give the staff their props as they have excellent customer service in giving the run around and smiling in your face as they lie through their teeth. The assistant manager on Friday told me it was their fault they were waiting to hear from corporate about reimbursement. Today on Tuesday nobody knows anything. I was told they couldn't give the owners contact information but I'm not worried. That's an easy find. I think it's ridiculous a package that was scanned delivered, shows waiting for customer pick up and neither the access point or corporate can find it or a resolution in 8 days. Only gave a star because I had to.

This shop is not like a regular printing place like a FedEx or Kinkos. If you need to print come prepared with your document to photocopy. I tried to email a document to them to print out and they refused even though they have have the capability to. Instead they make you sit down at their computer station which they charge $6 per 30 mins at. The computer is extremely slow and runs like it's using Windows 95. You have to wait for them to log you in. After printing 3 pages which took a total of 5 minutes, they added $2 to my charge for using the computer they made me use. I paid a total of $2.50 for printing 3 black and white pages on a computer that needed updates and ran extremely slow. The set up is unethical to get you to pay more and use their computer. I would not suggest this place to anyone looking to make copies.

Really, if you are the boss you can make the organization and the rules. I'll give anybody a free pass for a bad day or two but it seems to be their MO over there.
