Suddenly- wizard of oz comes from behind curtain demanding to have "her" artist return to the lair. This demand was authoritative, demanding and inappropriate given that I was talking with the artist. I advised the manager of such and received a directive to leave her store and take my business elsewhere. Having already paid for my ( Republican) shirts- the air deteriorated rapidly. I needed my money back ... but manager called police saying I was trespassing and she didn't want my business. ( finances uncertain and threatening cops I left her know she was certainly behaving like an itch ( for no reason for a customer simply talking to her staff - about my product order -and design needs - iron about boundaries (omg) . I left went to Trophy House making same order- without issue and after calling bank to assure account not charged. stunned . Yet not surprised as my shirt was for military dependents/family who had experienced foreign /domestic borders from the deployments of their service members... with appreciation for our service members going to these borders for our country. This…read moreisn't TSA or immigration at the airport, so I'm not sure what they're doing in here they want no evidence of. The workers present customer service and quick to up charge in pricing. This shop is not like a regular printing place like a FedEx or Kinkos. If you need to print come prepared with your document to photocopy. I tried to email a document to them to print out and they refused even though they have have the capability to. Instead they make you sit down at their computer station which they charge $6 per 30 mins at. The computer is extremely slow and runs like it's using Windows 95. You have to wait for them to log you in. After printing 3 pages which took a total of 5 minutes, they added $2 to my charge for using the computer they made me use. I paid a total of $2.50 for printing 3 black and white pages on a computer that needed updates and ran extremely slow. The set up is unethical to get you to pay more and use their computer. I would not suggest this place to anyone looking to make copies.

Used them a handful of of times... not once have they been on time or very happy, They are…read moreoccasionally nice enough, but man watch out... the owners openly gripe about their job and the hours, 'more important things to do' blah blah blah. Really, if you are the boss you can make the organization and the rules. I'll give anybody a free pass for a bad day or two but it seems to be their MO over there. Print quality is good just terrible customer courtesy and don't expect your stuff to be done when they say to come pick it up.
