The agency celebrated its 66th birthday recently and its roots are firmly planted in the area, so you know this is not a fly-by-night company. My initial phone call was fielded Eileen White - Personal Lines Customer and Sales, and I have never dealt with anyone else since that very first conversation. Eileen reviewed my coverage and offered a new policy with better coverage and a cheaper premium thanks to their professional relationship with the 20 insurance companies that they represent. Fast forward 11 months and my policy was getting ready to renew. Eileen reached out to me and we again reviewed my coverage needs.
