A few weeks ago I bought a bottle of CBD oil from Go Green that did not work for me.
I tried it twice, then put it aside and forgot about it.
A few nights after that when I had a sleepless night I decided to call the store. I had no hopes of being able to exchange a product with an open bottle that was used but I said to myself :
"Let's Give It A Shot Anyway."
It was a Thursday morning just as the store opened. When I called, a young lady answered the phone. I told her about the product. She patiently listened. After I was done with my little speech, she told me to come to the store. She said: "My name is Francesca. Come back to the store, I Can Help You."
That day turned out to be a busy and hectic day, so I did not make it back to Go Green until almost the closing time. As I walked in , this very young lady, possibly not even 20 years old, greeted me.
"Are You Francesca?"
"Yes, I Am."
From that point on She took the bottle of CBD I had purchased a few weeks earlier, scanned it and put it away. Then she walked me to the counter where other products were displayed.
She asked me a few questions, then she patiently, methodically and sweetly went over a few options. I ended up exchanging to a stress relief product which worked just fine.
What is the point that I am trying to make? It is a very simple observation.
Here is a young lady, in the midst of her own challenges and existential tumult who took my seventy year old hand and dished out a terrific customer service.
Go Green must be proud to have such a young and patient individual running their store. She is just a terrific find.
I recommend this small family operated business not just because of their products, but because my customer service experience was a five star one, indeed. read more
